Scott has represented secured creditors, lenders, funds, factors, corporate debtors, trustees, unsecured creditors’ committees, employee benefit funds, real estate partnerships, landlords, tenant, asbestos claimants, equity holders and other parties in some of the largest and complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. His experience covered a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, publishing, media, real estate, technology, franchising, health care, licensing, professional services and others. Scott received his B.S. cum laude from State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. He was in New York Super Lawyers from 2009-2011.
