Top Attorney – Ephraim W. Helton
Danville, KY WW/Press/August 2, 2016 –Ephraim W. Helton, Partner with Helton, Walter and Associates, was selected for inclusion in the Top Attorneys of North America 2016 edition by The Who’s Who Directories. 
Ephraim Helton practices law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with a focus on personal injury, criminal and domestic litigation. Ephraim has provided legal representation throughout Central and Southern Kentucky, along with successfully presenting arguments before the Commonwealth of Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Commonwealth of Kentucky Supreme Court. In the past several years, he has litigated significant personal injury cases against Western Kentucky Gas Company involving an explosion of a residence, along with representing the estate of one of the passengers on Comair Flight 5191, which crashed in Lexington, Ky., on August 27, 2006. Eph has successfully represented a far reaching variety of clients who have been charged with serious criminal offenses consisting of murder, manslaughter first degree, reckless homicide, and assault first degree. Recently he obtained a not guilty verdict in a Manslaughter 2nd trial and a directed verdict in a Rape 1st trial. Mr. Helton received his B.A. from Rollins College and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law.
