Top Attorney – Janice K. Whetstone
Bozeman, MT WW/Press/July 29, 2016 –Janice K. Whetstone, Attorney with Whetstone Law, was selected for inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America 2016 edition.
Janice Whetstone has been practicing for over 40 years in the areas of banking law, corporate law, commercial law, real estate, estate planning, and business transactions. As a single mom of two, Janice knew education was really important and credits her success to the opportunity that Carroll College offered. Being a lawyer was not something that she always considered doing, but after losing a bet to one of her peers, she applied to six law schools and was accepted to five of them. Now Ms. Whetstone helps clients with the difficult task of making big decisions on their estates. Janice received her B.A. from Carroll College and her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law. She is a member of the Probate and Trusts Bar Association and the Montana Bankers Association.
