Jan Grossman practices in the areas of business law, corporate law, and commercial real estate. Initially as a California lawyer, he has worked mostly as a civil litigator representing the owners and operators of high rise office buildings and retail shopping malls. Since relocating his practice to Arizona Mr. Grossman has shifted his focus away from litigation and handles commercial real estate, business and corporate transactions that include business entity formations and working through the life cycle of businesses with their respective shareholders, members, officers, directors, and managers. Jan received his B.A. from the University of California and his J.D. from Whittier Law School. He is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association and A.C.L.U. Mr. Grossman is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
