Top Attorney – Charles E. Luceno

Charles Luceno has practiced for over thirty-five years in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. Charlie has contributed to his community over the years and is a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in Ossining, a WWII Living History Educator, on the crew of Launch 5 on the Hudson River, and a supporter of many civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Luceno received his B.A. from Bethany College and his J.D. from New York Law School. He is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, Northern Westchester Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
