Top Attorney – Joel Marc Abramson
Columbia, MD WW/Press/June 20, 2016 –Joel Marc Abramson, Attorney with Abramson & Rand, LLC, was selected for inclusion in the Top Attorneys of North America 2016 edition by The Who’s Who Directories. 
In the spring of 1972, following counsel to a subcommittee of the United States Senate judiciary committee and counsel to Senator Charles McMathias, he was a criminal prosecutor in Howard county followed by a partnership with Richard Talkin followed by the firm of Talkin Abramson Fox and Schwartz. In 1990 he formed his own firm and since — he has been a partner in the Law Office of Abramson and Rand. Mr. Abramson has been in the practice of law in Howard county since 1972 and has been instrumental in the formative years of Columbia and the early development of family law in the state of Maryland. He continues to practice in the areas of civil litigation, family law, criminal law, construction law, and appellate practice.
