Jim Devine has successfully litigated workers’ compensation and employment cases since 1993. His broad range of experience allows him to give his clients effective analysis of the liability risks and costs associated with each case. Jim’s knowledge extends to include the interplay between the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and employment law concerns surrounding discipline and discharge and drug and alcohol abuse. He also lectures throughout the year on current employment law issues, such as discrimination, harassment, internet policies, and the maintenance of an aging workforce. James received his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Lancaster Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
