They have also been involved in multi-million dollar settlements of as much as $200 million, including a recent bench trial, Swan vs. PCF, in which their clients were awarded $12 million. Jacques received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, President’s Advisory Council, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Louisiana Association for Justice, Covington Bar Association, and is a Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation.
