Richard N. Tannenbaum has been practicing law for more than thirty years with the last twenty devoted principally to high-end divorces and contested custody cases. He has extensive experience in the matrimonial field involving complex issues ranging from highly charged custody disputes to valuations of multi-million dollar businesses.
Mr. Tannenbaum has represented several celebrity clients including Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and lectured to fellow lawyers on the increasingly important topic of electronic discovery and the obligation to preserve electronically stored information. He has also been appointed by the courts as a referee in several complex matrimonial cases.
