Michael Fitzpatrick has over forty years experience in the area of litigation with an emphasis in defending many dozens of school districts and townships. He has lectured and published on the Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act dealing with claims against school districts and townships. Michael is certified on trial advocacy from Dickinson Law School as well as the Trial Advocacy Institute. He has been admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts since 1981 as well as the Western District of Pennsylvania Federal Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Fitzpatrick received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from Duquesne University.
