Top Attorney – Kenneth M. Piken

Kenneth Piken has been a managing partner of Piken & Associates since September of 1974 and acted as general counsel for the United Leukemia Fund in a pro bono capacity for over ten years. The firm is a full service litigation and real estate firm specializing in logistics, transportation, mini-storage, and administrative law. He is highly specialized in commercial litigation, logistics, and warehousing. His accomplishments have been due to handling all clients and legal matters with pride, honesty, and integrity. Kenneth also has great respect for the courts and dignity for the profession. Mr. Piken received his B.A. from Monmouth University and Harvard University, and his J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University, including teaching at City University of New York and a Paralegal Degree prior to law school at the World Trade Institute for Logistics Studies. While at Monmouth University he attained status as dean’s list and attained the second highest ranking for Contract Law in his first year of studies in Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, General Counsel for the Self Storage Association, board member and general counsel for the Claims Prevention Council for over fifteen years, and was general counsel for the Self-Storage Association of New York for the same period of time as well as a founding board member. Mr. Piken is the father of two grown children who reside in New York City.
