Brian McCallister founded the plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm, McCallister Law Firm P.C., in 1996. He has dedicated his professional life to the representation of individuals and families in cases involving catastrophic injury or death resulting from semi tractor-trailer crashes, automobile crashes, dangerous products, slip/trip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and police misconduct. Mr. McCallister represented clients in cases resulting in Missouri’s largest verdicts and settlements in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2011 according to Missouri Lawyers Weekly magazine. In 2011, Mr. McCallister successfully concluded his 7-year representation of a man wrongfully convicted of a crime he did not commit who spent over 6 years in prison and was then exonerated. Mr. McCallister obtained a $16 million verdict in that case, a record civil rights verdict in Missouri that still stands. His practice is built on the meaningful, life-long relationships he builds with each and every clients. His mission is to seek out those close relationships, which gives him the ability to advocate his clients ‘ causes persuasively and passionately. Mr. McCallister received his B.S. from Central Methodist College and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Iowa Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
