Top Attorney – Randal Yoshida

With thirty-five years of litigation experience, Yoshida & Associates serves Honolulu, Hawaii, practicing in the areas of auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, moped accidents, slip and falls, and personal injury. Also currently practicing ERISA pension and welfare law as well as labor law, Randal Yoshida is a frequent lecturer at labor law seminars, and taught at Chaminade University in Honolulu and the Honolulu Police Academy.
Representing numerous large labor unions and multimillion dollar ERISA trust funds, Mr. Yoshida has defended a number of ERISA funds against the U.S. Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service. He and his team of attorneys work tirelessly to see to it that their clients are provided with the best possible legal representation and are justly compensated.
Mr. Yoshida served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle and as one of the chief deputy prosecutors at the Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Randal received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa – William S. Richardson School of Law; he also studied at the Advanced Trial and Appellate Advocacy program at University of California’s Hastings Law School and at the Labor and Worklife Program at Harvard Law School.
He is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Hawaii State Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, and is the Hearings Officer for Hawaii Supreme Court’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
