She is with Stein Simpson & Rosen, a firm her late uncle Louis Stein established in 1926, later joined by her father Samuel Stein and subsequently by other family members. Ms. Simpson’s practice has extended to cases abroad in the United Kingdom, Italy, and Israel, where she has, in conjunction with local counsel, provided advice and litigated concerning custody and parenting rights. Nancy’s secret to success has been her desire to help clients , particularly women, to be able to understand that they are entitled to be independent and to lead productive lives aside from their spouses. She received her A.B. from Smith College and her L.L.B. from Fordham University School of Law, where she won the AM JUR Prize for Excellence in Civil Liberties. Nancy is a member of the Bars of the States of New Jersey and New York and is a Bergen County Democratic Committeewoman.
