Ms. Swartz also counsels small businesses to ensure compliance with employment laws and avoid potential litigation. She founded Swartz Law in Boston, Massachusetts after practicing for many years as an associate and partner at several boutique employment law firms. She is in the process of opening a second office in the Kansas City area. Ms. Swartz served as the Chair of the Amicus Committee for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association from 2012-2014. She was named to the Massachusetts and New England Super Lawyers list as a “Rising Star” (2007-2009, 2013) and a “Super Lawyer” (2014, 2015) in the field of labor and employment. Ms. Swartz is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Northeastern University School of Law. She holds licenses to practice law in Massachusetts, Kansas, and Missouri.
