Martin received his B.A. from New York University, J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and his LL.M. from Villanova University. He is a member of the Section of Taxation and Elder Law Committees of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
