Mr. Carlson has been practicing law since 1988 and his practice focuses on estate planning, agricultural law, corporate and business transactions. His business practice includes establishing and advising nonprofit corporations and foundations. He received his B.S. in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University and his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Creighton University School of Law. Mr. Carlson is incredibly active in his community being involved with several organizations including Miracle Hills Optimist Club, St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, Millard Schools Education Foundation, Inc., and Omaha Home for Boys’ Board. In Law School, he served as a member of the Editorial Staff of the Creighton Law Review when he authored “Bankruptcy: Restrictions of Abandonment of Burdensome Property” and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Real Estate Planning.
