Mr. Engelhaupt’s practice focuses on probate, wills, and real estate. Through the years, his experience has made him sympathetic to the special needs of families dealing with grief, and his probate client’s need an experienced attorney to guide them through the process.
William T. Engelhaupt has seen first hand the many problems faced by those left behind when there is no adequate will in place, and Mr. Engelhaupt encourages his clients to make proper provisions and tries to minimize the problems faced by the family left behind by providing sound advice and guidance during the creation of his client’s will.
His secret to success is listening to clients and letting them know that he is there to work for them and to build trust between attorney and clients. He received his B.S. in Environmental Management and a B.S. in Government from the University of Houston Clear Lake and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He also served four years in the U.S. Navy.
