Russ received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona and his Juris Doctorate from Western State University. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the International Society of Primerus Law Firms, Consumer Attorneys of California, the Million Dollar Advocates and the Shasta-Trinity County Bar Association. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate.
