She represented clients from many nations in a range of immigration matters, including non-immigrant work visas, employment-based “green cards,” political asylum applications and deportation defense actions. It was at Elliot & Mayock where Lisa first began her representation of artists, entertainers and athletes spending a large portion of her time assisting Olympic and World Champion figure skaters coming to perform with ice shows in the United States. In 1997, Lisa joined the international law firm of Graham & James LLP as a Senior Associate in the Immigration Department. (Graham & James merged with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP in 2000). She then founded her law firm in 2002.

Lisa received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she focused on entertainment and intellectual property law issues, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester.
