Attorney Michael J. McKenna has been practicing law since 1981. He is admitted to practice by the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar. His practice areas include tort victims, fatalities and brain and spinal injuries throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has earned a national reputation for invasion of privacy cases. He appeared on The Today Show with Katie Couric, The View with Barbara Walters, The Montel Williams Show and The Inside Edition to discuss an action he filed on behalf of 132 Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders who discovered a “peephole” in their locker room. That case settled for a confidential amount. Recently, he was lead attorney in Federal Litigation that resolved the claims of 6 high school students against a teacher who shot up-skirt videos of them. That case settled for $720,000 in October 2017.

Mr. McKenna received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Rider University majoring in English Literature. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association and the Burlington County Bar Association. He sat as the Solicitor Gloucester Township Planning Board from 1983 to 2015 and is the Solicitor for the Bellmawr Planning Board and the Oaklyn Planning Board. He is also a published author and is involved in various conferences and speaking engagements .

He resides in Medford with wife of 37 years. They have four children. His son Michael is a practicing attorney with the firm.
