Bill presently serves as the Village Justice for the Village of Rockville Centre, New York, a position he has held for over 10 years. Rockville Centre has one of the busiest village courts in the state, handling more than 30,000 cases annually. The court has jurisdiction over the enforcement of local laws, including parking tickets and zoning code violations, and New York State vehicle and traffic offenses committed within the Village boundaries.
Bill graduated from Iona College receiving his BA in English, Political Science with a minor in Religion and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he lectures extensively in the field of litigation. He is also a member on the Supreme Court Committee and former President of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. He was recognized as Person of the Year from the Village of Rockville Centre in 2012, and Molloy College for Citizen of The Year for his charity work.
