Richard Contino, Esq is an attorney, business consultants and independent businessman. He has been practicing law for over 28 years. He is admitted to practice by the New York Bar Association. He provides a wide range of business, financial, tax, and legal advice for lender, lessor, lessee and equipment vendor clients on all aspects of capital equipment leasing, including strategic market assessments, start-up and operational assistance, marketing strategies, vendor program establishment, deal structuring and evaluation, transaction negotiation and work-outs. Also he conduct corporate training seminars on equipment leasing, and business negotiations.
Richard M. Contino, Esq. received his degrees in aeronautical engineering and law from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (B. Aero. Eng.), the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D.) and the New York University Graduate School of Law (LL.M.). He is the author of eight business and financial books, as well as a motivational speaker and business seminar leader.
Following a tour of duty with the US Air Force as a JAG captain, Mr. Contino worked on Wall Street and in Corporate America before becoming an entrepreneur and independent businessman, having founded or co-founded eight businesses. Several of his companies advise domestic and international businesses, as well as financial institutions.
