Attorney Michael J. Laffey has been practicing law for over 26 years. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Pennsylvania, The Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals and the U.S. His area of concentration is insurance liability and personal injury. Mr. Laffey’s experience and extensive knowledge of administering systematic programs of subrogation outsourcing for insurers, third party administrators, and employers. He has developed a proven process which involves attorney oversight complete with comprehensive tracking and reporting.
