Attorney Crystal Eller has been practicing law for over twenty years. She is admitted to practice law in three states: Nevada, Colorado and Florida and in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Upon Graduating, she moved to Las Vegas, and has practiced almost exclusively as a sole practitioner with her own firm focused on Criminal Law. In 2008, she obtained two and a half years Judicial experience as the First Las Vegas Municipal Court Traffic Commissioner. As the United States economy was declining Attorney Eller took a call to action and was appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court as a Mediator for the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program. Attorney Eller now represents borrowers/homeowners assisting with loan modifications, short sale negotiations, and debt resolution.
Coming from a blue collar family, Attorney Eller’s parents raised her with the philosophy, ” if you cant afford to pay for it… you can’t have it.” She worked her way through college as a waitress and bartender completing college with no debt. Attorney Eller graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and received a partial scholarship to begin law school in Miami, Florida. She then transferred to John Marshall Law School in Chicago IL and graduated Cum Laude at the top of her class.
Her secret to success is that she is hardworking and available to clients. Attorney Eller uses her extensive knowledge to work for her clients and gives the personal individual attention her clients deserve. Each case is different and her clients really matter to her.
