Mr. Klemm a native of Boston, Massachusetts, received his B.B.A; in Accountancy, his M.S. from Bentley College in Taxation, and J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
