Ms. Schwartz received undergraduate degree in Family Law Education at the Spring Arbor University with honors, earning a paralegal degree with honors.
She received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she was elected and served as class President; served as a law clerk intern to Chief Judge Bernard A. Friedman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; and was a legal intern for the Wayne County Legal Aid & Public Defender’s Office where she represented the interests of indigent defendants. Prior to earning her doctoral degree in law, Attorney Schwartz graduated in the medical field with honors. Her medical knowledge combined with her legal education have played a key role in favorable personal injury and dog bite injury awards for clients.
