The accomplishments and achievements attained by Ms. Cynthia Chapa, in the field of Legal Services, warrants inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America. Cynthia Chapa has been practicing in the areas of family law, criminal law, personal injury, real estate, and probate law for ten years. She has worked with state issues serving as a District Direct for the State House of Representatives (House District 125) since 2003 and has helped parents collect child support from errant parents, organized book drives to raise thousands of books for local schools, arranged clothing drives to benefit the San Antonio Children’s Shelter, SAM Shelter and various other shelters across San Antonio, and helped neighbors come together to have a voice in local and state government. Her dedication to her clients and community has never wavered, and for her efforts she was recognized as the 2014 San Antonio Scene Magazine Top Lawyers Family Law, and received the 2015 Light of Hope Award for Compassion and Commitment to Serve and Honor Families, the 2015 Certificate of Appreciation for Dedication and Support to the Families of Edgewood ISD, and the 2016 San Antonio Area Retired Teacher Association Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding performance and lasting contribution to all Texas retirees in the field of Public Education. Cynthia received her B.A. from St. Mary’s University and her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. She is a supporting member of the Hispanic America Police Command Officers Association.
