Hingham, MA WW/Press/October 14, 2015 –Jason V. Owens, a Partner and Senior Attorney at Stevenson, Lynch & Owens, P.C., was selected for inclusion in the forthcoming Top Attorneys of North America 2015-16 edition of The Who’s Who Directories.
Mr. Owens is a Senior Attorney at the Hingham, Massachusetts law firm of Stevenson, Lynch & Owens, P.C., where he leads the firm’s probate and family law litigation group. Mr. Owens focuses on divorce, domestic violence, child custody and equity and estates litigation, with a concentration on child custody and complex financial probate and family litigation. Mr. Owens specializes in determining self-employment income for child support and alimony purposes and is the author of the 2011 article “Determining Self-Employment Income for Child Support Purposes: The Massachusetts View Compared with the National View”, published in the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
Mr. Owens’s inclusion in the Top Attorneys of North America directory results from his representation of hundreds of domestic relations clients throughout Massachusetts in cases including the valuation and division of complex estates, closely held corporations, trusts and partnerships, as well as business income analysis for child support and alimony purposes. In 2007, Mr. Owens authored, “Hearing thy Neighbor: the Doctrine of Attenuation and Illegal Eavesdropping by Private Citizens” in the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
